Headset Mode
1) Do not pick up handset.
2) Press Prog button
3) Dial 61 on telephone keypad
4) Press Enter button
5) Press Sel button to switch
between headset mode On and Off
6) Press Enter button
7) Press Exit button
Note: find Prog, Enter,
Sel and Exit buttons by
reading bottom line of display

1) Turn on adapter box by pushing white
button for approx 2-4 seconds, blue
light starts flashing
2) Push stylus into hole on back of
adapter, flashing blue light turns solid
3) Turn on headset by pressing and
holding oval On/Off button for approx
5-8 seconds, blue light starts flashing
on headset
4) Keep headset and adapter within 6-8
inches of each other for approx 30
seconds (headset and adapter are now
pairing and solid blue light on adapter
starts flashing)
5) Plug
adapter box into hole on left side of
Panasonic KXT76xx telephone
Misc Notes:
a- Speakerphone does not work when
headset mode is On
b- Headset goes into standby mode after
45 seconds to 1 minute of no use
c- Take headset out of standby mode by
tapping On/Off button, may take approx
1-2 seconds
d- Turn On/Off headset or adapter by
holding down On/Off button for 6-8
seconds, blue light flashes quickly
before turning off
