VOICE MAIL CAPABILITY
-You may have a total of 100 new and saved messages at any one time
-Your new and previously heard messages will stay in your voice mail box until heard and you delete them
VOICE MAIL INSTRUCTIONS
1. Call in to your voice mail box by dialing your voice mail number
2. Dial <* *>
3. Enter your security code followed by #
 
MAIN MENU
1 to play your messages (only if there are any messages)
2 to change your greeting
3 to change your options (not necessary)
4 to send a new message (not necessary)
5 to manage your lists (not necessary)
(to exit > hang up at any time)
 
DIAL 1 - PLAY MESSAGES
 Dial 1 > listen to new messages
 Dial 2 > replay current message
 Dial 3 > delete current message
 Dial 4 > play previous message
 Dial 5 > forward current message (not necessary)
 Dial 6 > reply to current message (not necessary)
 Dial 7 > special functions (**see special menu 7 below)
 Dial 9 > return to previous menu (see main menu above)
 
DIAL 7 ** SPECIAL MENU**
Dial 1-2 > (not necessary)
Dial 3 > undelete message (ONLY WORKS DURING SAME CALL, DO NOT HANG UP!!!)
Dial 4 > message time & date
Dial 5 > skip to new message
Dial 6 > continuous delete
Dial 7 > pause for 30 seconds
Dial 8 > continuous play
 
DIAL 2 - CHANGE GREETING
 Dial 1-7 > select a greeting (you may have up to 7 different greetings, Example- a greeting for lunch time,
after hours, weekends, etc..., have all the greeting recorded and then select which greeting to use at any time
that you would like, or for a small charge we can have it change automatically)
 Dial # > select which outgoing greeting (1-7) you want played currently, or select system greeting by pressing
the # for a basic greeting
 Dial * > review current greeting
 Dial 9 > return to the previous menu
 
- 3 - OPTIONS MANAGEMENT - (not necessary)
- 4 - SENDING A NEW MESSAGE - (not necessary)
- 5 - LIST MANAGEMENT - (not necessary)
HINTS & TIPS
While listening to your messages:
 Dial 8 > to increase volume
 Dial 0 > to decrease volume
 Dial # > skip ahead (fast forward)
 Dial * > rewind
 Dial 7 > pause for 30 seconds or until you dial 7 again
 Dial 999# > hang up from within menus
 When your caller is finished leaving you a message, they can dial a # to review, rerecord, or mark HINTS AND TIPS
 1. Call your voice mail box and record your name prompt and outgoing greeting
ASAP.
 2. Dial <#> to cancel actions or disconnect
 3. You do not need to wait for all of the choices to be said to make
